Contact Form is not working

First, checked these three things:

  1. Verify that you’ve entered the correct email address in Theme Options > Forms.

  2. Check your spam folder to make sure the email didn’t end up in spam.

  3. Verify that you’re not getting an error message when you send the email via the contact form.

If you’ve verified these three things, then it’s most likely an issue with your host. The themes do not use anything fancy to send mail, just the built-in wp_mail function which is the default mail function for any WordPress site. Some hosts (such as hostgator and godaddy) block port 465 (which prevent the mail function within wordpress from working).

Try registering a new user and see if you get a notification from the WordPress site to see if your wp_mail function is working properly. If it’s not, you’ll have to contact your hosting company or try this workaround plugin:
