Hello! Welcome to the support forum! Before you get started here are a few guidelines:

Forum Rules:

  1. ONE QUESTION PER TOPIC. It helps others better find answers to their questions when searching, and also helps us sort out the questions to make sure each is resolved properly! Multiple question posts will be asked to repost as separate questions.

  2. Spam/Grieving will not be tolerated. Support will be given in a timely manner, and adding additional grievance posts won’t be tolerated. Please allow for up to 24 hours for your support request to be answered before emailing or posting again.

  3. Customizations aren't covered under support. That being said, we are happy to assist you with customization requests that require only a few lines of code. If however your modification is more complex, and requires more than just a few lines of code, we can only provide guidance to your question. Complex modifications will require you to implement the changes yourself or hire a 3rd party programmer to assist you. If you’re interested in hiring a 3rd party programmer, try werkpress.com.

Support Requirements:

  1. Read the documentation included with your theme. A good deal of issues resolved are because the customer simply didn’t read the documentation. Please read over the documentation included with your theme in it’s entirety before posting your issue.

  2. Search the forums. Many times a question has been asked more than once. Try the support forum search to find out if your issue has been solved before submitting a new topic. When submitting a new topic, explain your problem in detail. This isn’t always easy when English isn’t your first language. But just do your best to be as descriptive as possible when writing for support.

  3. Show an online example of the issue on your site. The problem can be found extremely fast if we can visually see the problem, or look at the code.

So lets work together. Help make support easier for both of us, and the quality of support will rise as a result!
